We balance the masculine and feminine, the yin and the yang, and the lightness and the darkness.

As the flowers bloom and pollen fills the air, this retreat is designed to embrace the Five Elements through the lens of the three Doshas. These Doshas—Kapha, Pitta, and Vata—originate from Ayurveda, India’s ancient healing science of “life knowledge.” Ayurveda seeks to understand all life forms as a harmonious blend of body, mind, and spirit, expressing the essence of creation.
