Service Description

Lets enjoy the journey back into the light in our Winter Workshop. With the Solstice we will start our traditional practice of Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) at sunrise 8.53am leading through a gentle flow. A short break to enjoy light Christmassy refreshments will lead us into meditation, gentle restorative and a sound bath. This morning workshop will be deeply relaxing before we welcome in the Christmas Season creating some inner peace and joy.
