The Five Elements


9th May -  11th May 2025

As the flowers bloom and pollen fills the air, this retreat is designed to embrace the Five Elements through the lens of the three Doshas.

 

These Doshas—Kapha, Pitta, and Vata—originate from Ayurveda, India’s ancient healing science of “life knowledge.” Ayurveda seeks to understand all life forms as a harmonious blend of body, mind, and spirit, expressing the essence of creation.

 

Day 1 - Friday

Check-in: After 16:00

  • 17:00 – Welcome drink and a delicious snack

  • 18:00 – Yin Restorative Healing Practice

  • 19:30 – Dinner featuring vegetarian cuisine

  • 21:00 – Sound Bath

 

Day 2 - Saturday

  • 08:00 – Kapha Yoga Practice

  • 09:30 – Healthy breakfast buffet

  • 11:30 – Sea swim/dip and sauna

 

Afternoon:

  • 13:00 – Lunch: Soup and sourdough bread

  • 14:30 – Kriya Yoga Techniques

  • 17:30 – Pitta Yoga Practice

 

Evening:

  • 19:30 – Dinner featuring vegetarian cuisine

  • 21:00 – Vata Yoga Practice

 

Day 3 - Sunday

  • 08:00 – Morning Yoga

  • 09:30 – Healthy breakfast buffet

  • 11:30 – Closing Ceremony and Meditation

 

Farewell:

  • 13:00 – Refreshments and goodbyes
