As summer begins to wind down, this retreat focuses on stimulating the vagus nerve—a key to improving overall wellbeing. Low vagal tone is often linked to increased inflammation, heightened stress responses, and anxiety, resulting in low moods. This workshop is designed to rebalance the body's natural rhythm, leaving you feeling exhilarated, glowing, and in harmony.
