A Yoga & Sound Bath Retreat
Our inaugural France retreat unfolds inside a 13th century castle — one that has stood on this hillside in Montadet, Le Gers, since 1208, and now opens its doors for the first time to a small group of guests.
Fifteen rooms, eight bathrooms, three floors joined by a sweeping staircase, and ten hectares of grounds to wander, including a three-hectare park and garden.

Twice-daily practice anchors each day: hatha in the morning, yin and sound bowls as the light softens in the evening. Between the two, the hours are yours — swim, walk the forest paths, sit with the view, or simply do nothing at all.

The Itinerary
Château de Labusquière — Retreat

Join Julie for five contemplative days at the beautifully restored Château de Labusquière, where yin yoga, hatha practice, and sound bath ceremony unfold against a backdrop of stone courtyards and quiet countryside.
​
Arrive Monday evening to a warm welcome and your first dinner together, then settle into the retreat's easy rhythm: morning hatha to open each day, an afternoon of rest, tea, and cake, and an evening yin and sound bowl session to close it — each one held in the château's own tranquil spaces. Every evening's meal is accompanied by wine, included throughout your stay.

Airport transfers are included, so all you need to do is land — we'll take care of the rest, from the moment you touch down to your final morning brunch before departure on Friday.
